How do I report a Spam Email?

Proofpoint provides the easiest way to report spam email from the email itself.

1. Open email thread (DO NOT OPEN ANY FILES)
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email chain
3. Press the "here" hyperlink from the message shown below. This will automatically report that email as spam and block further attempts to contact you.
