The device language is typically set during device setup, but should it need to be adjusted after setup, follow these steps:
- Open Settings.
- Either swipe up from the home screen to display the app drawer, and select settings, or:
- Swipe down from the notification area and tap the settings icon present in the notification panel.
- Tap System.
- Tap Languages & input.
- Tap Languages.
- Select the language you would like to set as default.
